Building the Concept
Tecknuovo is a UK-based technology consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure. As a nationally recognised business operating in highly regulated environments, the quality, performance, and reliability of its website needed to reflect that standing.
Although the site had recently been redesigned by an external agency, the underlying build did not meet the expectations of a company operating at this level. Performance issues, limited responsiveness, and technical usabilityall undermined the credibility of an otherwise strong brand.
My role was to deliver an optimised rebuild of the site. Rather than patching individual issues, the decision was made to rebuild the site cleanly, preserving the new visual design while significantly improving performance, responsiveness, and build quality.
Working to a strict eight-day timeline across a 29-page site, the focus was on efficiency and execution. Unnecessary code and plugins were removed, layouts were rebuilt with a mobile-first approach, and assets were optimised to improve speed and Core Web Vitals. Alongside the rebuild, ongoing SEO work was initiated to strengthen search visibility and support continued growth.
The Result
Tecknuovo now has a website that reflects the quality and credibility of the business. Performance and responsiveness have improved across all devices, creating a faster, more reliable experience aligned with the expectations of enterprise and public-sector audiences.
Improvements to site speed and usability have supported increased engagement, with stronger mobile performance and improved click-throughs and form submissions. The site now sits on a solid technical foundation, with continued optimisation and SEO improvements planned as the business evolves.
