Building the Concept
Forster Charity is a maternal health charity based in London, founded to support women in need of safe maternal care, starting in Sierra Leone. As a newly established organisation, the charity needed a website that clearly communicated its mission while building trust and legitimacy from day one.
The brief focused on creating a calm, informative site that aligned with the charity’s emerging brand language. At this stage, the website’s role was to establish credibility, raise awareness, and enable secure donations.
Mockups were created early in the process to align on structure, tone, and visual direction before moving into build, ensuring the final site felt intentional and cohesive.
The Result
Forster Charity now has a clear, trustworthy online presence that supports its mission and establishes it as a legitimate maternal health charity. The website communicates purpose, presents information clearly, and enables visitors to donate safely and securely.
The final build provides a simple, focused user journey and a flexible WordPress foundation that can grow alongside the charity as its work and reach expand.
